PanTracer LBx is a liquid biopsy next-generation sequencing panel for advanced stage pan-solid tumor indications. The assay detects single nucleotide variants (SNVs), insertions/deletions (InDels), copy number variants (CNVs), and fusions in a total of 514 genes, plus microsatellite instability status (MSI-High status) and blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB) score.
